The science of health and wellness is ever-evolving. Making sense of trending information and how it might apply to your own health, can be difficult and confusing. 


Working with me will help you gain clarity on how to apply the latest scientific discoveries for your personal benefit. I have over a decade of clinical experience and am continuously updating my professional knowledge and credentials to stay up do date with the latest research and findings. I combine this expertise with functional testing, using the data to create personalised health plans which transform people’s health.

Women's health

Our hormones have a profound impact on our health. Balanced, they create a vital force that powers our lives. Disrupted, they can lead to weight gain, acne and mood or mental health issues. They can even make or break our careers, particularly in the peri-menopause years.

Women’s Health is my special area of interest and I am a consultant to the Chelsea and Westminster Assisted Conception Unit (ACU).

Sleep medicine

Good sleep is the foundation of physical and mental health. Yet many people are still unaware of how to work out how much they personally need for optimum function, and how to enhance the quality and quantity of their sleep recovery.
